Every week in the Netherlands alone 250 people suffer a cardiac arrest (source: Hartstichting). Statistics say 75% of emergency help is provided by bystanders with non-medical backgrounds. Chance of survival increases with 21% when using an AED.

To make the chance of survival as big as possible, we will equip the new electric Renault Zoë (French for life) with a mobile AED. To make sure there’s always an AED around, it’s crucial to equip as much Zoë’s as possible with this lifesaver.
